zubIT-mobileWMS is a modern, highly flexible solution platform for process-oriented warehouse management. The system enables the efficient handling of processes in the warehouse, starting with the notification of goods receipts, storage, route-guided picking and inventory management.

With a powerful scan via hand scanner, articles are booked. Likewise, an article can of course also be assigned to an order or an order by scan.

Stock movements, transfers and inventories are easy to perform with the mobile version of zubIT-WMS.

The solution platform zubIT-WMS, which was specially developed for warehouse management/warehouse logistics (warehouse management), enables the handling of outgoing goods processes with high efficiency and comprehensive functionality.

Easily define bin locations & bin types using our simple barcode scanning system. The replenishment function ensures that goods are reordered when stock levels are set.

All storage units are recorded with state-of-the-art barcode computers and all movements can be tracked in real time. The barcode terminals work with state-of-the-art HTML5 technology, which makes the application platform-independent and can already be used with iOS or Android devices.

With web information, business partners get access to "their" inventory. They can easily check stock, upload orders and view the status of running processes. Of course, the whole thing is securely protected and clearly regulated, so that each partner only sees what he should see!

EDI functions are fully integrated, no need for external converters! At each booking step data can be transmitted to business partners via EDI. The system itself sends and receives EANCOM messages directly (e.g. DESADV). In addition, other data formats (CSV, XLS) can be sent, received and processed.

All warehouse processes are controlled by the control station with clear worklists. Users have an overview of the status of each order at all times. The following control stations are available: Goods Receipts, Picking Orders, Transport Orders, Packing Orders, Inventory.

The recording and management of delivery documents in incoming and outgoing goods is solved in a process-integrated manner. For each process one has direct access to delivery papers, analysis certificates, safety data sheets etc.. Of course, photos e.g. of damages can also be processed with zubIT-WMS.

The system is excellently suited for use by logistics service providers. It is a multi-client system with which several clients can be processed simultaneously. The accounting of logistics services is done with the 1 click warehouse fee accounting, the conditions can be deposited extremely flexible. The warehouse analysis dashboard shows your success at the click of a button!

zubIT-WMS is implemented with an excellent implementation method. After the installation of the basic system we take over the relevant master data (e.g. articles, addresses, storage locations) and the current stock and thus create a prototype that is directly ready for use. After a phase with process workshops, consulting and training, an up-to-date data transfer is carried out and then live operation can begin!
